Coming out of jail became a dream

This is but a hopeful thought of Kuldeep Singh Sengar and his loved ones. CBI and the legal grip of the genie of troubles have gripped the neck of Kuldeep Singh Sengar so tightly that Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s dream of coming out of jail is much later. After almost seven and a half years, the double bench of Delhi High Court passed an order suspending the sentence of Kuldeep Singh Sengar, who was imprisoned in jail as a convicted criminal in two criminal cases, in a rape case. Immediately, women raised their voice of protest on the streets of Delhi against that decision. Saying that the rape victim whose father was murdered by Kuldeep Singh Sengar. Kuldeep Singh Sengar has also been sentenced by the trial court for the murder of the victim’s father. Kuldeep Singh Sengar is also a convicted criminal in the rape case. Then how did the double bench of Delhi High Court dare to suspend his sentence.

Women took charge on the streets

Here on the streets of Delhi, women took to the streets to protest against this decision giving relief to Kuldeep Singh Sengar. Similarly, on the other hand, opportunistic Congress leaders tried to forcibly take over this movement in favor of the victim. During the ongoing protests in Delhi, a gentleman disguised himself as Musalchand in Dal Bhaat and went shouting slogans of ‘BJP Zindabad’ to present a disgusting example of destructive counter-intellect. The rape victim’s side surrounded her from all sides and pushed her away from the protest site. The good thing is that the crowd of women who raised slogans of Kuldeep Singh Sengar Hi-Hi in favor of the rape victim did not thrash the madman who raised slogans of BJP Zindabad.

NGO took advantage

Call it the need to wash hands in the flowing Ganga while sitting at home or with the intention of doing so, a woman from a non-governmental organization (NGO) also reached the place in Delhi with a banner in her hands, where hundreds of women were protesting against Sengar and in favor of the rape victim. This woman who suddenly reached the spot, claiming herself to be the leader of some victimized men’s organization, was raising slogans like “Save Kuldeep Singh Sengar, Kuldeep Singh Sengar is innocent”. The women involved in the protest along with the rape victim not only surrounded them from all sides on the streets of Delhi, but this woman who raised slogans in favor of Kuldeep Singh Sengar had to run away from the spot to save her life.

MLA was elected from Bangarmau seat

I am referring to the same Kuldeep Singh Sengar who had left the Samajwadi Party and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party just before the Uttar Pradesh State Assembly elections in 2017. Contested the assembly elections in which he became an honorable MLA by winning from Bangarmau seat on BJP ticket. Earlier, in the year 2012 also, the same Dabangg Kuldeep Singh Sengar had reached the Uttar Pradesh Assembly by winning the election from Bhagwantnagar seat of Unnao on Samajwadi Party ticket.

It is not that Kuldeep Singh Sengar has come into the limelight only after getting embroiled in the rape and murder case. Kuldeep Singh Sengar, a native of Makhi village, owner of property worth crores, has always described the allegations of rape and murder leveled against him as fake. It is a different matter that despite this, on the basis of CBI investigation, he has been in jail for the last several years as a convicted criminal in rape and murder cases.

Had become a bone of contention for BJP

It is important to mention here that the infamous name of Kuldeep Singh Sengar is rising so much from Unnao to Delhi today, when he was accused of rape, this same Kuldeep Singh Sengar had become a big problem and a bone of contention for the Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh and the state BJP. Here the mention is made of the same powerful leader of Samajwadi Party and BJP in the politics of Uttar Pradesh and today’s convicted criminal Kuldeep Singh Sengar, whose release from jail was a distant dream, even from the time the wind blows, it is causing havoc from Unnao to Delhi. However, from the beginning till now, the Congress Party has made several unsuccessful attempts to “cash in” on this shameful issue. But every time poor Congress has had to suffer the consequences.

The trial court had sentenced the infamous and powerful UP MLA Ji Netaji Kuldeep Singh Sengar to 10 years imprisonment in the case of custodial death of the rape victim’s father in the year 2019 and also imposed a fine of Rs 25 lakh on him. Kuldeep Singh Sengar may be confined to court and jail today. But his past has been very dazzling. Once upon a time, after rising from village head and winning elections from many parties, he has become MLA in UP Assembly four times.
