Domestic stock market rose in early trade, Sensex and Nifty rose.
New Delhi. There is a strong trend in the domestic stock market amid fluctuations during early trading today. Today’s business also started on a strong note. After the market opened, there were continuous fluctuations in the movements of both the Sensex and Nifty indices. It is a matter of relief that despite the selling pressure, both the indices continued to trade in the green. After trading till 10 am, Sensex was trading with a strength of 0.12 percent and Nifty with a strength of 0.19 percent.
After trading till 10 am, among the big stocks of the stock market, shares of JSW Steel, Tata Steel, Bharat Electronics, Titan Company and Shriram Finance were trading with a strength of 4.05 percent to 0.71 percent. On the other hand, shares of Bajaj Finserv, TCS, Bajaj Finance, Apollo Hospitals and Tech Mahindra were seen trading with a fall of 0.73 per cent to 0.40 per cent.
In the current trading, there was active trading in 2,491 shares in the stock market. Of these, 1,743 shares were trading in the green after earning profits, while 748 shares were trading in the red after incurring losses. Similarly, out of 30 shares included in Sensex, 19 shares remained in the green with the support of buying. On the other hand, 11 shares were trading in the red due to selling pressure. Whereas out of 50 shares included in Nifty, 32 shares were seen trading in green mark and 18 shares were seen trading in red mark.
BSE Sensex opened today at 84,793.58 points with a gain of 118.50 points. Since the beginning of trading, there have been continuous fluctuations in the movement of this index. With the support of buying, the Sensex jumped to 84,929.46 points, while due to selling pressure, it dived to 84,709.38 points. It is a matter of relief that despite profit booking, this index continued to remain in the green mark. After trading till 10 am amid continuous buying and selling in the market, Sensex was trading at the level of 84,774.32 points with a gain of 99.24 points.
Like Sensex, NSE’s Nifty jumped 32.20 points today and started trading at 25,971.05 points.
As soon as the market opened, due to the tussle between buyers and sellers, the movement of this index also started going up and down continuously. On receiving the support of buying, Nifty jumped to 26,028 points, while due to selling pressure, this index fell to 25,969 points. After continuous buying and selling in the market till 10 am, Nifty was trading at the level of 25,987.80 points with a gain of 48.95 points.
Before this, on the last trading day on Tuesday, the Sensex had closed at the level of 84,675.08 points with a slight weakness of 20.46 points or 0.02 percent. At the same time, Nifty ended Tuesday’s trading at the level of 25,938.85 points with a nominal decline of 3.25 points or 0.01 percent.
