Rajnath Singh in Ayodhya : Ayodhya : A Pratishta Dwadashi ceremony was organized today (Dec. 31, 2025) at Ayodhya, the birthplace of Ram, to mark the second death anniversary of Shri Ram Lalla. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh along with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath were present on this special occasion. Both performed pooja at Hanumangarhi and Shri Ram Lalla temple. After the puja, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh mentioned ‘Operation Sindoor’ while addressing a program. Also appreciated the patience shown by India.

At an event in Ayodhya, the Defense Minister said about Operation Sindoor, ‘Ram does not cross his limits even when fighting the enemy. Similarly, India has never crossed its limits. India has responded within limits. During Operation Sindoor, India followed the principles of Lord Rama. Just as Rama’s mission was not to kill Ravana, but to end lawlessness, so was our mission: to teach a lesson to the terrorists and their masters and that is what we have done,” opined Defense Minister Rajnath Singh.

India is the true heir to the glory of Rama – Rajnath Singh

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said about Rama’s dignity and Operation Sindoor, “We did not react imprudently, but took limited, controlled and purposeful action. Rama’s dignity teaches us that even in war, values must prevail. Operation Sindoor also proved that modern India is the true successor of Rama’s dignity.” Rajnath Singh expressed this opinion.

“India only destroyed terrorist hideouts.”

Referring to Operation Sindoor, Rajnath Singh also mentioned the war between Rama and Ravana. He said, “Rama does not give up his honor even during war. When Ravana is unarmed, Rama stops the war. Rama knows that if honor is broken, even victory turns into defeat.” You must know that in Pahalgam terrorists fired indiscriminately on tourists and killed them. Rajnath Singh opined that India retaliated and destroyed terrorist hideouts through Operation Sindoor.
