After his father’s departure, Ajay’s mother stood as the backbone of the family. Working on machines, he took care of the household with tireless hard work and never allowed his children’s education to be interrupted.

Along with this, the constant guidance and encouragement of his elder brother and elder sister also remained his strength. This strong support from the family gave Ajay confidence and strength to face every challenge.
Ajay’s business philosophy is deeply rooted in a lesson from his father:
“Earn less, but earn honestly and be happy.”
