Chinese Man Offers Pakistani Women Cigarettes: Pakistan has started large-scale projects by taking huge loans from China, but due to this, there is increasing concern over the increasing presence of Chinese in the country. Many social media posts are claiming that some Chinese citizens are working in Pakistan without caring about law and social decorum. Recently a video again intensified the debate on this topic.
In a video that has gone viral on social media, a Chinese youth wearing a burqa goes to women walking on the street and offers them cigarettes. During this he laughs and the people standing behind him are also making fun of him. The women’s reaction is uncomfortable and negative, but they move on. The video is being accompanied with a claim that it is a scene from the F-10 field in Islamabad, although this has not been independently confirmed.
Video of misbehavior goes viral
Another video of the young man has surfaced, in which he makes fun of people roaming in a public place and walks away picking up snacks from roadside stalls without paying. Such behavior has created resentment among the local people and questions are being raised whether foreign nationals are being given a free hand to violate the law in Pakistan.
