Lucknow. An excellent employment opportunity has emerged for the youth who have completed their graduation. Central Campus Placement Cell of Lucknow University has invited applications from students of the university and affiliated colleges for recruitment in the multinational company Genpact. Under this recruitment drive, a total of 200 posts will be appointed. Only those candidates will be eligible for this opportunity, who have obtained at least 60 percent marks at the graduation level. Selected candidates will be given the facility of additional incentives along with a salary of Rs 21 thousand per month.

Students of these courses can apply

According to Dr. Himanshu Pandey, Additional Director, Central Placement Cell, students of BBA, BCA, BCom, BSc and BA courses can apply for the post of Customer Service (Voice Process – English). However, postgraduate and law students will not be included in this process.

Gurugram will be workplace, five day working system

The posting of selected candidates will be in Gurugram. Candidates are expected to have excellent English communication skills, analytical thinking and willingness to work in rotational shifts. According to the working procedure of the company, one will have to work only five days a week.

Director of Campus Placement Cell, Prof. Anoop Kumar told that in the selection process, first communication assessment test and then interview will be conducted in two stages.
