2. Do not maintain silence after fights

4. Understand the importance of quality time

The therapist advised couples to devote at least 15 minutes to each other every day. In these 15 minutes, couples should spend time without phones and without any interruption so that they can connect with each other properly.

5. Keep the fun in the relationship, don’t take everything seriously

The therapist said that laughter, games, indoor or outdoor dates and light moments add life to the relationship.

6. Have physical relations at least once a week

Therapists advised couples to schedule physical intercourse. He said that give priority to emotional connection and make it fun and playful, not a burden.
