The uproar over the purchase of Bangladesh player Mustafizur Rahman by film actor Shahrukh Khan’s team Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL is not stopping. After former BJP MLA Sangeet Som and storyteller Devki Nandan Thakur, now Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya also made controversial remarks on him. Responding to Devki Nandan Thakur’s statement, Swami Rambhadracharya even called Shahrukh Khan a traitor. Recently Sangeet Som had also called Shahrukh Khan a traitor.
Now Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya has entered the whole controversy. When Rambhadracharya was asked that Shahrukh Khan wanted to play Bangladesh cricketers in India, he said, ‘It is unfortunate. They will definitely do it, they are not heroes. Shahrukh Khan has no character. His stance has consistently been seditious. When he was asked that West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee would soon lay the foundation stone of Mahakal Temple, Rambhadracharya said, ‘This is election leela. Still, may God give wisdom to Mamta. I am happy. She is our sister.

Hindus are being massacred in Bangladesh: Sangeet Som
Earlier in the Atal Memorial Conference and Voter Intensive Revision Workshop in Meerut, Sangeet Som said, ‘Today Hindus are being massacred in Bangladesh. Hindus are being selectively killed by entering their homes. Sisters and daughters are being raped. The Prime Minister of the country is being abused. But people sitting in their own country are trying to buy the cricketers there.
‘Traitors like Shahrukh Khan should be understood’
Sangeet Som further said, ‘You (Shahrukh Khan) are trying to buy cricketers like Rahman from there for nine and a half crores. If a player like Rahman comes to play in India, he will not be able to step out of the country. We are saying this with certainty. Traitors like Shahrukh should understand the kind of betrayal you are doing to the country. The people of this country took you here. You get money from the people here, but with that money you betray the country. Sometimes you talk about donating to Pakistan and sometimes you talk about buying players like Rahman. This will no longer work in this country. These traitors will have no place in the country.

Devaki Nandan also warned
Narrator Devki Nandan Thakur said, ‘If you love Hindus. If you love India. If you are also sad about the death of Hindus. If you are also saddened by the burning of a six year old girl, then Mr. KKR, expel that Bangladeshi player from your team. If Bangladeshi players are not dropped then Hindus will boycott Kolkata Knight Riders. He warned that the public will make Mr. KKR zero.
