Bhopal. At the beginning of the new year, Madhya Pradesh Congress has taken an important step towards strengthening the organization. State Congress President Jitu Patwari inaugurated the ‘Gaon Chalo-Booth Chalo’ program in Kodiya Devka village near Bhopal. On this occasion, he also formed a village committee and established direct communication with the villagers.

Objective and scope of the campaign

Under this campaign, Congress committees will be formed at every village and panchayat level in the entire state. Its main objective is to increase the party’s presence in rural areas and prepare the organization for the upcoming electoral challenges. Jitu Patwari said that this campaign will start from January 1 and will spread across the state in the coming months, so that the reach of Congress can be ensured in every booth and every village.

In Kodiya village he met the villagers, listened to their problems and informed them about the party’s policies. After this the Patwari said that he would go to other villages also. Congress leaders believe that through this campaign the party will emerge with a new energy in rural areas. In the recent meeting of the State Congress, a decision was also taken to reorganize the organization, in which changes will be made up to the ward, panchayat and mandal levels. This step will prove helpful in strengthening the party.
