How to make Punjabi style Paneer Paratha, delicious in taste, note down the very easy recipe.

To make Paneer Paratha, you will need one and a half cup flour, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt, 2 tsp oil, water, one and a half cup grated cheese, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander, 4 finely chopped green chillies, half tsp dry mango powder, half tsp red chilli powder and ghee. Punjabi style Paneer Paratha will be prepared in just half an hour. Let us know about the very easy way to make Punjabi style Paneer Parathas.

First step- Take flour, turmeric powder, salt and oil in a bowl. Now add water little by little and knead this dough and let it rest for about half an hour.

Second step- Now take grated cheese, finely chopped coriander, finely chopped green chillies, dry mango powder, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl.

Third step- You have to mix all these things well. Now prepare 5 balls of dough.

Fourth step- You have to apply dry flour on all the balls one by one and roll them into a round shape. Take out some of the cheese mixture in the center of a rolled dough.

Fifth step- Now close this ball from all sides and press it lightly so that the mixture does not come out. After this, apply dry flour to the ball and roll it gently.

Sixth step- You have to put the pan on the gas and heat it on medium flame. Now apply some oil or ghee on the hot pan.

Seventh step- Put the prepared paratha on the pan. You have to first fry one side of the paratha.

Eighth step- When one side is cooked, then you have to first apply some oil or ghee on the paratha and then turn it and cook the other side also.

Hot Paneer Paratha can be served with butter, pickle, chutney, curd or tea. From children to adults, everyone will appreciate this recipe.
