Allegations of links with ISI have been made earlier also

Himanta Biswa Sarma reiterated that he had earlier also accused Gaurav Gogoi and his wife Elizabeth Colburn of alleged links with Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI.

After these allegations, the state government had formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT). According to the Chief Minister, this team had submitted its report to him in September last year.
