- 1 cup black gram (soaked overnight)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp coriander (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp red chillies
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs or gram flour
- A little oil for frying in a pan

- For this, first of all, after the boiled black gram cools down a bit, grind it thickly in a mixer.
- Add onion, green chillies, coriander and ginger-garlic paste to it.
- Now add all the spices, salt and breadcrumbs/besan and mix well.
- Make medium sized round or flat kebabs of the mixture.
- Heat a pan, add a little oil and fry the kebabs until golden on both sides.
