Reports even started claiming that both of them are dating each other and are going to get engaged secretly soon. However, earlier Jiya Shankar had given his reaction on these news and now finally Abhishek Malhan has also broken his silence on this entire matter.
Abhishek Malhan dismissed the rumors
Abhishek Malhan clearly said through his Instagram story that he has nothing to do with Jiya Shankar. He wrote, “I want to clear one thing, please don’t associate my name with anyone. I was a part of the show three years ago and that chapter ended there. My choice was clear then and remains the same even now.” Abhishek also said that he feels bad when such things happen again and again and he does not want to be a part of any kind of link-up game.
Jiya Shankar had also put a break on the rumors
Before Abhishek’s statement, Jiya Shankar had also shared a post on social media calling the news of dating and engagement wrong. Jiah had shared a cozy picture with a mystery man, in which the man’s face was hidden with a heart emoji. Along with the picture he had written, “Leave all wrong news in 2025 only.”
Jiah Shankar and Abhishek Malhan were seen together in ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’. The bonding of the two during the show was greatly appreciated by the audience, after which the news of their affair started spreading rapidly. After the show ended, both of them also appeared together in a music video, which further fueled the discussions.
Jiya has denied this before also
Earlier in an interview, Jiya Shankar had clearly said that her and Abhishek’s relationship was limited to friendship only and now even that is no more. She also said that she is fed up with any kind of rumors or allegations made on meme pages and such statements should be stopped.
