On the instructions of Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar Sonbhadra Devendra Kumar Singh, ADCO Sadar Awadhesh Singh inspected Khaliyari, Ramgarh, Vaini, Korianv and Amdih paddy purchasing centers on Friday.
More than six thousand quintals of paddy has been purchased in Vaini BPEX. In the sequence, center in-charge Uday Shankar said that delivery of about three thousand quintals has also been done. ADCO Sadar gave instructions to get the remaining paddy also delivered.
At Khaliyari Centre, Secretary Anantha Bharti said that till now 5717.80 quintals of paddy has been purchased. The delivery has been 3100 quintals. ADCO warned for safe storage of the purchased paddy. In view of the possibility of rain, instructions were given to make complete arrangements for the safety of the paddy. Gave instructions for delivery so that there is no hindrance in the purchase.
In Ramgarh BPAX, Secretary Amit Kumar Pandey said that about five thousand quintals have been delivered. In Koriyav too, delivery of about eleven hundred and fifty quintals was reported. Center in-charge Yudhishthir was instructed to ensure the delivery of the remaining paddy. In Nai Bazar Union, about 3300 quintals have been delivered and in Virdhi BPAX, about 2300 quintals have been delivered, instructions were given to increase it.
ADCO Sadar instructed all the center in-charges to register their presence at the center every day and purchase paddy regularly and warned them to achieve the target by purchasing quality paddy as per the standards.
Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar Sonbhadra Devendra Kumar Singh has directed all the purchasing center in-charges of the district to ensure to follow the purchasing policy in purchasing. Ensure purchase of hybrid paddy in permissible quantity as per rules.
The Assistant Commissioner said that the priority of governance and cooperation is the food provider. All farmer brothers should go to their nearest purchasing center and take advantage of the government scheme by selling paddy.
