Doctors who write “Rx” on prescriptions are carrying RDX, Rajnath Singh expressed concern about white-collar terrorism.
New Delhi. Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh today attended the 104th Foundation Day celebrations of Bhupal Nobles University located in Udaipur. During this, while talking about education and its usefulness, he said that it is a big irony that even very educated people are found involved in criminal activities. Today, worrying trends like ‘White Collar Terrorism’ are emerging, where highly educated people work against the society and the nation. It was the doctor who carried out the recent bomb blast in Delhi. Otherwise, those doctors who always write Rx on prescription have RDX in their hands.

Rajnath said that this forces us to introspect that the aim of education is not only professional success but also the development of virtue, morality and a human personality. This is the basic soul of Indian educational philosophy which increases harmony and peace in the society. Our effort is to maintain the original form of Indian education and also make it capable of keeping pace with the new era.

The Defense Minister said that the future of any nation is shaped in the classrooms of its schools and universities. The aim of today’s education cannot be merely to give degrees but its aim should be to produce individuals who are thoughtful and capable of leading the country. Our aim is to prepare such youth who are not afraid of problems, but find solutions to them, who become not only participants but also carriers of India’s progress. Often people consider the learning process to end as soon as formal education ends, which is a big mistake. Continuous study is essential for the development of reasoning and creativity. This applies not only to students but also to teachers.
