BJP’s fire brand leader and former Chief Minister Sadhvi Uma Bharti has lashed out at her own state government over the continuously increasing number of deaths due to polluted drinking water in Indore city of Madhya Pradesh, which has consistently won the award for the country’s cleanest city and has demanded the resignation of local MLA and Cabinet Minister Kailash Vijay Vargiya and Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava.
In fact, so far 14 people have died due to contaminated drinking water in Bhagirathpura of the city. At the same time, when Kailash Vijayvargiya and Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava, in order to gain the sympathy of the common people, made a statement that the officers do not listen, this move backfired for them.
