IND vs NZ 1st ODI Toss : The three-match ODI series between India and New Zealand is going to start from today (Sunday, 11 January 2026). The first match of the series is to be played in Vadodara. Where fans will once again see former captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli in the jersey of Team India.

The toss has taken place for the first ODI at Kotambi Stadium, BCA Stadium, Vadodara, Indian team captain Shubman Gill has won the toss and decided to bowl. Gill said, ‘We will bowl first. We will try different combinations to see which one works best for us, bowling in dew will be a challenge. It seems that with dew coming, batting will be a little easier in the lights. Played a few VH matches, all looking in good form. The atmosphere in the team is good. We are going with 6 bowlers. Sundar, Jadeja and Kuldeep are the spinners. Siraj is a famous and cheerful pacer. The first ball in the match will be bowled at 1:30 pm Indian time.
