X admits Grok’s mistake of creating obscene content, platform assures to follow Indian laws
Grok obscene content controversy: AI chatbot Grok is in controversy regarding obscene content on the social media platform X of the world’s richest man Elon Musk. On which the Government of India had recently taken cognizance. Now X Platform has admitted its mistake and has assured that it will comply with Indian laws.

The obscene image produced by Grok, developed by Elon Musk’s company xAI, and its editing feature have been in controversy. The AI chatbot was generating obscene content from photos of women and minors. Which was taken seriously by the government. According to news agency PTI, government sources said on Sunday that microblogging site This warning was given by the IT Ministry to Elon Musk’s social media platform Grok AI regarding obscene content.
According to sources, around 3,500 contents have been blocked and more than 600 accounts have been deleted. X has admitted his mistake and said that he will abide by Indian laws. He also said that in future the platform will not allow obscene pictures.
