There are many two wheeler manufacturers in the Indian auto market, offering bikes with different engine capacities. Even in this, bikes in the 350cc segment are getting good demand in the market. Over the years Royal Enfield has offered great bikes in this segment. One such popular bike is Royal Enfield Classic 350.

The Classic 350 faces a tough competition from the Yezdi Roadster in the market. The Royal Enfield Classic and Yezdi Roadster are two of the most popular bikes in India, attracting riders for their retro styling and ease of everyday use.

The Classic 350 has a 349 cc air-oil-cooled engine. The bike is the best-selling bike in the 350 cc cruiser segment, while the Yezdi Roadster features a 334 cc liquid-cooled engine and impressive styling. Both the bikes have different price, mileage and features, making them different options for different types of riders.

In terms of pricing, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 starts at around Rs 1.83 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 2.18 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base variant. Meanwhile, the Yezdi Roadster is generally priced higher. The price of this bike starts from around 1.93 lakhs (ex-showroom). Thus, in most cases, the Roadster Classic proves to be more expensive than the 350.

Mileage

In terms of mileage, Royal Enfield Classic 350 is more economical. The Classic 350 has a claimed mileage of around 41.5 kmpl, which is higher than the Yezdi Roadster’s mileage of around 29–30 kmpl.

Engine and Performance

The Classic 350 is powered by a 349 cc single-cylinder, air-oil-cooled engine. This engine produces a maximum power of around 20.2 horsepower and a peak torque of 27 Nm.

On the other hand, the Yezdi Roadster is powered by a 334 cc liquid-cooled engine, which produces around 28.7 horsepower of peak power and 29.63 Nm of torque. This makes the Roadster’s acceleration capabilities and top-end performance feel more powerful. Compared to the Classic 350’s cruiser-centric tuning, the Roadster’s engine features a more performance-oriented setup.

Features

In terms of features, both the motorcycles are equipped with modern and useful features, but there are differences depending on the variant. The Classic 350 mainly gets a semi-digital instrument cluster, ABS and classic cruiser ergonomics.

Whereas the Yezdi Roadster gets a fully digital display, LED lighting and more modern styling in most variants. Apart from this, the variant options, customization and availability of accessories also differ between the two bikes.
