On Youth Day, CM Dr. Yadav told the youth to do yoga, read books and stay away from drugs.

In a program organized in Bhopal on the occasion of National Youth Day, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav gave the message to the youth to do yoga, read books and stay away from drugs. He called for contributing to nation building by imbibing the ideas of Swami Vivekananda.

On the occasion of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti i.e. National Youth Day, mass Surya Namaskar was organized at various places in Madhya Pradesh. Participating in the Youth Day program organized in Bhopal, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav appealed to the youth to do yoga, read books and stay away from drugs. On Youth Day, mass Surya Namaskar programs are being organized across the state on a large scale. In this series, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in the program organized at Subhash Excellence School, Bhopal. Addressing the program he said that Yoga is a part of our Sanatan tradition. Yoga is the essence of entire life and it shows us the path towards excellence.

The Chief Minister said that Swadeshi should be promoted. In today’s time, children are giving up reading books, whereas one should read as much as possible. Don’t just limit yourself to the syllabus, but also read whatever you feel like reading. Emphasizing on environmental protection, he said that plant trees, save water and stay away from drugs. Exercise daily, because junk food leads our body towards deformity, it should be avoided. He asked the youth to pay attention to personality as well as character building and said that they should not be disappointed but should be full of hope. Swami Vivekananda strengthened the spirit of patriotism through youth power. The Chief Minister said that today we can be proud of Somnath Temple. We should live for Sanatan culture and proudly say that we are Hindus.
