To make black sesame laddu on Makar Sankranti, first of all clean the sesame seeds thoroughly and wash them with 2 to 3 cups of water so that if there is soil inside it, it can be removed. Now spread it on a clean cloth in the sun so that its water dries up. Now to make laddu, place the pan on the gas, let it become hot, then add sesame seeds in it and fry it well, then take out the sesame seeds in a plate. Now add 1/2 cup of water in the same pan and break the jaggery into small pieces and add it. Cook the jaggery till it melts well. When the jaggery melts well and bubbles start forming, it starts leaving the pan from the sides. Then understand that the Paag is perfect or pour water and jaggery syrup in it in a bowl.
