‘Help is coming, capture the institutions’, Trump’s message to Iran’s protesters; Warning to murderers
Donald Trump Message Iran Protesters: Amid the ongoing bloody mass movement in Iran, US President Donald Trump has opened a direct front against Tehran’s regime. Appealing to Iranian citizens to continue their protests, Trump has given a new slogan MIGA i.e. ‘Make Iran Great Again’ .
Donald Trump uses the social media platform ‘Truth Social’ But while addressing the Iranian citizens, he wrote that Iranian patriots should capture their institutions. He reassured protesters that help was on the way, although he did not clarify whether the help would be military or diplomatic. Trump warned that the names of those who tortured and killed the protesters should be preserved, because they will have to pay a heavy price for it.
Claims of talks failed
This tough stance of Trump has come after Iran’s claim in which Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi had said that he is in contact with US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and the path to talks is open. Rejecting these claims, Trump has made it clear that there will be no meeting with Iranian officials until they stop the killings.
Iran shocked by 2000 deaths
The level of violence is continuously increasing in these protests that started on December 28 in Iran. According to human rights organization HRANA, 1,847 people have died so far, while other reports put the number at more than 2,000. According to earlier information, security forces are raiding the rooftops of houses to seize Starlink devices and more than 10,000 arrests have been made so far.
Air strikes and economic blockade
White House Press Secretary Carolyn Levitt confirmed that the US option of air strikes is still on the table, although diplomacy is being prioritized for now. Additionally, Trump has threatened to impose 25% tariffs on countries that continue trading with Iran in order to completely isolate Tehran economically.

Doha, under the leadership of Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, says that any kind of military provocation could change the geographical and political picture of the entire Middle East, the consequences of which could prove to be extremely devastating.
