Controversy deepens over Yash’s ‘Toxic’, now this organization opens front regarding teaser scene

While some people praised the teaser, many viewers objected to the intimate scenes shown in it. Now an official complaint has also been lodged in this matter.

Questions raised on the scene seen in the teaser

KGF star Yash is going to be seen in the lead role in this film being directed by Geetu Mohandas. The teaser has been in the news since its release, but an organization related to women’s rights in Karnataka has lodged an objection regarding some intimate scenes included in it. The complaint states that some scenes of the teaser are obscene and can have a negative impact on the society.

Demand made from State Women Commission

The women’s wing of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has submitted a formal complaint to the Karnataka State Women’s Commission against this teaser. They allege that some scenes shown in the teaser hurt the dignity of women and children. The women’s wing has requested the State Women’s Commission that the government should consider withdrawing or canceling this teaser as soon as possible.

Along with this, it has also been said that the teaser was released publicly without any age limit warning, which is against the rules.

When will ‘Toxic’ be released?

The teaser of ‘Toxic’ was released on January 8 on the occasion of Yash’s 40th birthday, in which he is seen in the character of ‘Raya’. Despite the controversy, the teaser continues to be in the headlines on social media.

Big actors like Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, Kiara Advani, Nayanthara and Rukmini Vasant will be seen in important roles in the film. This much-awaited film of Yash is going to be released in theaters on March 19, 2026.
