Giacomo Raspadori completes permanent move to Atalanta

Italian forward Giacomo Raspadori has completed his permanent transfer to Atalanta, with the player signing in today after an agreement was reached 24 hours earlier. The move was confirmed by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who reported that Raspadori’s medical has been booked following the finalisation of the deal.

Atlético are set to receive a total package worth €23 million for the Italian international, consisting of a €22 million fixed fee plus €1 million in add-ons. The transfer has been agreed as a permanent move, bringing an end to Raspadori’s time at the Madrid-based club and marking a new chapter in his Serie A career.

Raspadori, who has built a strong reputation for his versatility and technical ability, is expected to add significant attacking depth to Atalanta’s squad. Capable of playing as a second striker, winger, or attacking midfielder, the 24-year-old fits well into Atalanta’s dynamic and high-intensity style of play. His arrival is seen as a strategic move by the club as they look to strengthen their attacking options ahead of the new season.

The Italian forward has previously impressed both at club level and on the international stage, earning praise for his intelligent movement, work rate, and eye for goal. Atalanta believe Raspadori’s profile and experience will help them compete strongly in domestic competitions and in Europe.
