Big update on CUET PG 2026, application date extended, correction portal will open on this day

The registration date for the Common University Entrance Test-Post Graduation (CUET PG 2026) has been extended by the National Testing Agency. Now candidates can apply till 20th January. Earlier the last date for filling the form was 14 January 2026. Now the opportunity to pay the fee will also be available till 11:50 pm on January 20. NTA has also issued a notice related to this.

The correction portal will open from 23rd to 25th January. Earlier this facility was to be available from January 18 to 20. After the link is activated, candidates will be able to make corrections or changes in the application form. A helpdesk has also been constituted to solve the problems related to registration. Candidates can call 011-40759000 or 011-69227700. Apart from this, you can send email to helpdesk-cuetpg@nta.ac.in.

A new page will open. Select the option of “New Registration”.
Apply by entering the required information.
After this log in by entering the application number and password.
Upload photograph, signature and required documents.
Complete the application form and pay the fee.
Download the confirmation page for future reference.

Candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1400 for two papers. There will be a fee of Rs 700 for each additional paper. OBC-NCL and EWS candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1200, the fee for additional paper is Rs 600. ST/ST/Third Gender will have to pay a fee of Rs 1100, additional paper fee Rs 600. PwD candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 1000, the fee for additional paper is Rs 600.

Know your eligibility

Candidates who have passed graduate or equivalent examination will be able to apply. Candidates appearing in the final year of graduation can also register. No maximum age limit has been prescribed. It is advised to refer to the Information Bulletin for additional information. CUET PG exam will be held in March 2026. The schedule has not been released yet. The duration of each test paper will be 90 minutes. The exam will be conducted in CBT mode. It is advised to keep visiting the official website regularly for updates.
