Kate Garraway reveals harrowing injury after accident
British broadcaster Kate Garraway has revealed that she was left with a horrific injury.
The 58-year-old said her teeth began falling out right before a Good Morning Britain broadcast.
In a video posted on Wednesday, Kate showed her visibly different smile with a crooked front tooth.
She revealed that her tooth fell after “unfortunate collision with a taxi window at the weekend”.
“All I can say is it’s hard to appear young and cool in front of a whole new team of trendy producers when you are reduced to gluing your teeth on with denture fixative at three in the morning” she wrote.
Kate said she has been using Fixodent, a denture adhesive cream used to secure teeth, before going on air.
The journalist added that she would have to make an emergency trip to dentist and “have a temporary set of fake teeth”.
Fellow TV presenter Susanna Reid wrote on the post “Oh my,”.
ITV presenter Jonathan Swain also shared a comment saying “I was standing next to you in the studio and didn’t notice a thing!”
