Now no one will come to save, after Anuj Chaudhary’s FIR order, Akhilesh Yadav said – Now these biased policemen are alone…
Be careful: After the court order in the Sambhal violence case of Uttar Pradesh, the political atmosphere has become increasingly heated. The court has given instructions to register an FIR against many policemen including the then circle officer and currently posted ASP Anuj Chaudhary in Firozabad. After this decision, Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has made a direct attack on the government and police administration.
Akhilesh Yadav’s sharp taunt on the government
Let us tell you that Akhilesh Yadav said through social media that the government first uses the officers in its own interest and later leaves them alone. He also raised the question that some senior police officers are calling the court order illegal, which can create a situation of contempt of the judiciary. He says that every decision taken under the influence of power will prove costly one day.
Injured youth kept wandering for treatment
According to the victim’s lawyer Qamar Hussain, a young man named Alam used to sell rusks from a cart to earn his living. He was present in the area on the day of violence, when he got injured by a bullet in police firing. He escaped from there after saving his life and went to many hospitals for treatment, but he did not get treatment anywhere.
Now the senior police officer is calling the court order illegal, will this be considered contempt of court? Now the honorable court may not take action against them. Showing too much caution in the name of flattering those in power may prove costly. pic.twitter.com/CUxVeGPFCO

No action taken despite complaint
The lawyer said that Alam’s father had given a written complaint to the Superintendent of Police after the incident, but no action was taken on it. Frustrated with the inaction of the police, the aggrieved party filed a petition in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM). Considering the facts and evidence, the court ordered registration of FIR against the concerned policemen.
SP’s stance: The order will be challenged
After the court order, Sambhal Superintendent of Police Krishna Kumar Bishnoi said that at present FIR will not be registered against ASP Anuj Chaudhary and other policemen. He told that this order will be challenged in the high court. The SP also says that the judicial inquiry has already been completed in this matter.
Now no one will come to save… Now these biased policemen will sit alone and remember:
– BJP’s formula no. 1: First use then waste!
– BJP’s formula no. 2: BJP people are not relatives of anyone. pic.twitter.com/lC8iW5alcC— Akhilesh Yadav (@yadavakhilesh) January 14, 2026
Position of Judiciary vs Administration
The Sambhal violence case now seems to be taking the form of a conflict between the instructions of the court and the decisions of the police administration. This case is bringing to the fore important questions like police accountability, law enforcement and political interference, whose impact may deepen in the coming days.
