The company has given information about this new feature by sharing a post on social media platform X. According to the company, users will now be able to set the content of their choice by going to the reels section. The algorithm is ‘Brick by Brick’ which means you will be able to gradually set up your calculations. Not only this, but the company says that through this new feature, users will be able to set the type of videos they prefer to watch and from which content users want to stay away. How will the new feature work?

Instagram says that to use this feature, users have to go to the Reels tab and there you have to click on the option given at the top right. After that, you have to go to your algorithm and set the option according to your choice. That is, you have to decide which content you would like to see. In this section you can select options like Sports, Fitness, Creativity, Music, Study, Travel, so that the algorithm will show more of the same type of content.
