Is your body exhausted from fatigue? Not coffee, these 3 yoga asanas will fill you with new enthusiasm in 10 minutes

News India Live, Digital Desk: Today’s lifestyle has become such that as soon as we wake up in the morning, we start running around. Office work, household responsibilities and traffic noise, by evening it seems as if the entire battery of the body has gone down. Many times we become so tired that we cannot even sleep. If your condition is similar, then this article is especially for you. To relieve fatigue, it is not necessary to have a cup of tea or coffee every time. There are some magical asanas (poses) in our yoga science, which in just 10-15 minutes will make you feel as if you have woken up after 8 hours of deep sleep. These asanas are so easy to do that you can do them anytime and anywhere (at home). Let us know about these 3 asanas which will relax you immediately.1. Balasana (Child’s Pose): Become carefree like a child Balasana, as the name suggests – ‘Child’s Pose’. Remember how we used to fall asleep when we were little? This asana brings back that peace. How to do: Sit on your knees (in Vajrasana), then slowly bend forward and rest your forehead on the ground. Leave your hands relaxed. Benefit: Believe me, when you rest your forehead on the ground, your mind immediately starts becoming calm. It removes tension from the back and neck. This pose says “All is well, relax.”2. Viparita Karani (Legs Up the Wall): Easiest, Most Effective If you have a lot of pain in your legs or have to stand/sit all day long, then this asana is a boon for you. You can do this on your bed or with the help of a wall. How to do: Lie on your back near the wall and keep both your legs straight on the wall (in L shape). Remain like this for 5 to 10 minutes. Benefit: This brings the ‘tension’ accumulated in the legs and blood flow back towards the heart and brain. This is the best way to improve blood circulation. After doing this you will feel lightness in your legs.3. Shavasana (Corpse Pose): Just lie down. People consider this to be the ‘easiest’ asana, but in reality it is the ‘most important’ asana. You don’t have to do anything in this, and this is its beauty. How to do: Lie straight on your back. Leave your legs and hands loose. Close your eyes and focus only on your breathing. Benefit: This asana works to “switch off” and “reboot” your nervous system. It not only removes physical fatigue but also makes the mental worries of the day go away like smoke. My Advice: This evening, when you return home from work and your body is feeling tired, instead of using the phone, try these three asanas for just 10 minutes. Your body will say “Thank You” to you. So, recharge yourself today!
