Big announcement by Bihar government, good news for land owners

Patna. Now in Bihar, elderly people of 80 years of age or above will be able to get their land and flat registered sitting at home. For this there will be no need to visit the registry office. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced this new facility on Tuesday and said that this system will be implemented from April 1.

Let us tell you that this step has been taken by the Nitish government under the government’s “Sabka Samman – Jeevan Asaan” scheme, which aims to simplify administrative tasks for the elderly and common citizens and reduce everyday difficulties.

Registry service will be available at home itself

The Chief Minister said that citizens of 80 years of age and above face many difficulties during the registration of land or flat. Now such elderly people will be able to get registry related services at their home. A special unit of the Registration Department will be responsible for this. Interested persons can apply online for this facility.

The process will be completed in seven days

For the convenience of the elderly, the process of registration of land and flat will be completed within seven days. Along with this, the actual status and updated information of the land will also be made available to the applicants, which will reduce the problems in buying or selling land.

Land information also available

Under this new system, interested buyers will get the updated status of the land directly from the zonal office. With this, information about the actual owner and status of the land can be easily obtained.

Suggestions sought from people

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has sought suggestions from the public for this facility. People can send their opinions and suggestions online till January 19. With this, the government will try to make this facility more useful and easier.
