Desk: Four people died and two were seriously injured in a horrific road accident on Thursday morning in Bharno police station area on Gumla-Ranchi National Highway. The pickup vehicle going to sell Tilkut was hit by an unknown highway. The police took the injured to the hospital and are searching for the absconding highway driver.

The accident occurred when people traveling in a pickup vehicle had left Ranchi to sell Tilkut. Meanwhile, an unknown speeding vehicle hit the pickup forcefully. The collision was so severe that the pickup vehicle was completely damaged. Four people died on the spot, while two people were found lying on the road in a seriously injured condition.

On the information of the local people, the police of Bharno police station immediately reached the spot and the injured were admitted to the nearest health center with the help of an ambulance, where their condition is critical. The injured have been taken to Ranchi for better treatment.
