The committee includes joint secretary level officials from the Ministry of Information Technology, Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of External Affairs, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Law and Justice, Ministry of Consumer Affairs and RBI. Apart from this, IG rank officers of CBI, NIA and Delhi Police and Member Secretary of Indian Cyber ​​Crime Coordination Center (IC) are also part of this committee.
