Materials:

  • Eggs – 4
  • Onion (finely chopped) – 1
  • Shimla mircui (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
  • Tomato (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
  • Cheese (grated) – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli – 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano / Mix Herbs – 1/2 tsp
  • Oil or Butter – for greasing muffin moulds

Action:

  • First, break the eggs in a bowl and beat them.
  • Add onion, capsicum, tomato and grated cheese.
  • Now add salt, red chillies, black pepper and herbs and mix the mixture well.
  • Grease a muffin tray or small bowl with oil/butter.
  • Pour the prepared egg mixture into the mold.
