India’s strong presence in Davos 2026! India is ready to take the global stage with Trump, Ambani, Chief Ministers and 100+ CEOs at the World Economic Forum.

Davosah India is ready to have a strong representation in the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF). The five-day event, starting on Monday, will see luminaries from across the world discuss the theme of “the spirit of dialogue” in a challenging world. US President Donald Trump will be the biggest attraction among more than 3,000 global leaders from government, business, academia, multilateral bodies, civil society and labor unions. Trump is coming with five members of his cabinet.

Apart from National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, at least four Union ministers – Ashwini Vaishnav, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Pralhad Joshi and K Ram Mohan Naidu – as well as six chief ministers and more than 100 top chief executive officers (CEOs) of the country are expected to attend. Chief ministers attending the meeting include Maharashtra’s Devendra Fadnavis, Andhra Pradesh’s N Chandrababu Naidu, Assam’s Himanta Vishwa Sharma, Madhya Pradesh’s Mohan Yadav, Telangana’s A Revanth Reddy and Jharkhand’s Hemant Soren. While Reddy is from the Congress party, Soren from Congress ally Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and Naidu from BJP ally Telugu Desam Party, the other three chief ministers are from the BJP.

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar (Congress) is also expected to be there. Among the Union ministers, Naidu is from TDP, while the other four are from BJP. Besides this, Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat Harsh Rameshbhai Sanghvi (BJP) and a high-level delegation from Uttar Pradesh will also travel to Davos for this annual gathering of the rich and powerful from around the world.

Among global leaders, US President Donald Trump can reach there along with his senior aides – Finance Minister Scott Besant, Commerce Minister Howard Lutnick and Energy Minister Chris Wright. This global summit will be attended by about 3,000 leaders from about 130 countries, including more than 60 heads of state. Indian leaders are expected to participate in several group discussions during the summit, including one on ‘Can India become the world’s third largest economy?’ Apart from this he will also hold bilateral meetings.

Former Union Minister Smriti Zubin Irani will also be present there as the founder and chairperson of the ‘Alliance for Global Good: Gender Equity and Equality’, which was established in Davos a few years ago. It will also include Reliance Industries Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani, Tata Group’s N Chandrasekaran, Bajaj Group’s Sanjeev Bajaj, Jubilant Bhartia Group’s Hari S Bhartia and TVS Motor’s Sudarshan Venu.

The meeting was attended by Axis Bank’s Amitabh Chaudhary, Godrej Industries’ Nadir Godrej, JSW Group’s Sajjan Jindal, Zerodha’s Nikhil Kamath, Bharti Group’s Sunil Bharti Mittal, Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani, Infosys CEO Salil S Parekh, Wipro’s Rishad Premji, Essar CEO Prashant Ruia, Paytm’s Vijay Shekhar Sharma and Renew CEO Sumant Sinha. Will also participate.

Amardeep Singh Bhatia, Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, along with heads of several PSUs will also be there, including Indian Oil’s Arvinder Singh Sawhney, GAIL’s Sandeep Kumar Gupta, SBI’s C S Shetty and REC’s Jitendra Srivastava. Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb and Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also be present there.
