JEE Main Admit Card 2026 released, session-1 hall ticket download
JEE Main 2026 Session-1 admit cards have been released. The examination will be conducted in two shifts between January 21 and 29. candidate jeemain.nta.nic.in Download your hall ticket from and it is mandatory to carry it with you to the examination centre.
JEE Main session-1 admit card released
National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 Session-1. Candidates whose exam is scheduled on 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th January 2026 can download their hall ticket now.
Admit cards have been made available on the official website of NTA, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Admit cards for examinations on other dates will also be released soon. NTA has advised students to download their admit card in time and check all the information given in it carefully.
JEE Main 2026 exam will be held on these dates
According to the examination schedule released by NTA, JEE Main Session-1 examinations will be held in the month of January.
21, 22, 23 and 24 January 2026:
BE/BTech (Paper-1) Examination
28th and 29th January 2026:
With BE/BTech (Paper-1)
- Paper-2A (B.Arch)
- Paper-2B (B.Planning)
- Paper-2A and 2B (B.Arch and B.Planning)
The examination will be conducted at designated centers across the country, where strict arrangements for security and surveillance have been made.
Exam will be held in two shifts
JEE Main exam will be conducted in two shifts every day.
- First Shift: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon
- Second Shift: Will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Candidates are advised to reach the examination center at least one hour before the examination, so that the entry and security check can be completed on time.
Easy way to download admit card
To download JEE Main Admit Card 2026, students can follow the steps given below:
- First of all jeemain.nta.nic.in Go to website.
- Click on the link “Admit Card for JEE(Main)-2026 Session-I” on the homepage.
- Now enter your application number, password and security code.
- As soon as you press the submit button, the admit card will open on your screen.
- Download it and take a printout.
The admit card will contain the name of the candidate, roll number, exam date, shift, address of the exam center and necessary instructions.
Where to contact in case of problem
If any student faces trouble in downloading the admit card, they can contact NTA helpline.
NTA has clarified that it is mandatory to carry the admit card and valid photo identity card on the day of examination. Without admit card no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre.
