Ingredients for making parathas from lentils:
Stale leftover lentils, wheat flour 1 cup, cumin ½ teaspoon, carom seeds ½ teaspoon, red chili powder ½ teaspoon, coriander powder ½ teaspoon, salt as per taste (about ½ teaspoon), ghee for baking.
How to make parathas from leftover dal?
- Step 1: First of all, take a big plate or plate and add 1 cup wheat flour in it.
- Step 2: Now add cumin, carom seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and mix the dry ingredients well.
- Step 3: After this, slowly add the remaining dal and start kneading the dough from it. If needed, you can add a little water, but not much.
