Pawan Singh hits back at Bollywood on obscenity in Bhojpuri industry, ‘What is behind choli…what is bhajan?’

This time Pawan Singh has talked about obscenity in Bhojpuri songs. Pawan Singh said that Bhojpuri industry is only maligned, whereas obscenity is everywhere.

‘What’s behind the blouse?’ Is it a hymn?’

Pawan Singh countered the issue of obscenity in Bhojpuri industry during a program of Republic India. During this, Pawan Singh said, “Wherever I go, I definitely hear one thing. That is obscenity in Bhojpuri. I am asking one thing, ‘What is behind the bodice in Bollywood?’ What is this? What hymn is this? There is a stigma in Bhojpuri that there is obscenity in Bhojpuri. Where is there no good and evil? It is in every industry. But Bhojpuri is infamous.”

‘Care has to be taken that such songs are not made in future’

Pawan Singh further said, ‘Till yesterday I was a singer and today I have become an actor. He blessed so much that Pawan Singh became an actor on the basis of singing. If there are some shortcomings then other stars like me should come together and consult together. We all should talk about how to remove evils. We all should come together and take care that such songs should not be made in future, due to which we feel embarrassed.

‘Khesari Lal crossed the limit’

Regarding joining politics, Pawan Singh said, ‘If I get any post, I can sit anywhere. Let me stand. Should I run or walk? Whatever position I hold, I just want to remain a son.

Without taking the name of Khesari Lal, Pawan Singh said that I would not like to meet Khesari Lal again. Pawan Singh said, ‘How many times have you fingered me? But I always said that he is my younger brother. But there is a limit to anything. He crossed all limits.
