Tire Price Increase India: The increasing inflation without any reason is bent upon making people cry. Along with the increased prices of food items along with petrol and diesel, tires and spare parts of vehicles are also becoming expensive for the people. Along with gold and silver making record prices, now the prices of engine oil, spare parts and tires of vehicles are also increasing the budget of the people.

In this era of inflation, where the common man is already finding it difficult to buy expensive food items, now he has to think even about driving a vehicle. Car and two wheeler spare parts have increased by 10 to 15 per cent and tires by 15 per cent.

The rise came due to raw material becoming expensive

Anand Pillai, who is servicing the vehicles, says that due to the cost of raw materials, there has been a huge increase in the spare parts of the vehicles. The clutch plate of a two-wheeler which was priced at Rs 400, has now increased from Rs 460 to Rs 780. Similarly, the piston costing Rs 800 increased from Rs 875 to Rs 800 and the chain sprocket set increased from Rs 650 to Rs 875 depending on the vehicle.

There has been an increase in the price of engine oil for cars and two-wheelers. According to the companies, there has been an increase in oil prices. In this, the price of some companies is above Rs 350 and for others it is Rs 450 per liter. At the same time, quality wise prices of tires for four-wheelers have increased. According to spare parts sellers, expensive raw materials have affected the cost of spare parts, due to which it is becoming expensive for people to maintain their vehicles.

Earlier, Splendor tire was available for Rs 1,500, but now its price starts from Rs 1,700. Whereas the tires of moped vehicles have increased to above Rs 1,300. In car accessories, wheel cover worth Rs 400 is available for Rs 500. Seat cover prices have also increased. A 100 gram box of Giris has reached above Rs 25.

Car accessories are also expensive

The prices of car accessories have also increased. Besides, the cover covering the vehicle has also become expensive. The car cover which was available for Rs 400 to Rs 500 has now reached above Rs 700. Luxury car covers are available above Rs 2,500. At this time, transportation charges have also increased significantly. After buying a car, people are finding it very expensive to decorate their car. People are getting accessories installed in their vehicles as per their need.
