Add a little salt and two spoons of curd in it so that the puris become soft and also crispy. After kneading the dough, start rolling the puris. Then pour water in a pan and boil it. Put puris in that water. Cook them for about 2 to 3 minutes or when the puri starts rising, take it out.

How to make puris on steam and air fryer?

Apart from this, you can also steam these puris. Place a strainer over a pan of boiling water. Place puris on it and cover it with a plate or lid. Steam the puris for 2 minutes and then take them out. Now comes the turn of air fryer. First you pre-heat it at 180 degrees which takes about 10 minutes. Then turn the puris into it and cook for 4 minutes. Your hot and fluffy puris are ready.
