Jio Hotstar Super Plan becomes expensive

The prices of Jio Hotstar’s Super Plan have also been increased.

• Till now the price of Super’s quarter plan was Rs 299, but after January 28, 2026, users will have to pay Rs 349 for it. That means a direct increase of Rs 50.
• At the same time, the price of Annual Super Subscription has increased from Rs 899 to Rs 1099, making the annual plan costlier by Rs 200.
• In this plan, users get the facility of Jio Hotstar access on two devices with advertisements.

The price of premium plan increased tension

If you want a premium experience without interruption, you will now have to spend more money for it.

• The price of Quarter plan of Premium tier was earlier Rs 499, which has now increased to Rs 699. That means Rs 200 more in one go.
• At the same time, the Premium Annual Plan has now increased from Rs 1499 to Rs 2199. This means that users will have to pay an additional Rs 700 for the annual subscription.

What will premium users get?

Users taking premium subscription get Jio Hotstar access on 4 devices from the company. Along with this, Ad-Free experience is provided on all other content except live sports and live shows, which makes it more attractive.

Big change regarding Hollywood content

The company said that under the new structure, Hollywood content will be included by default in Super and Premium tiers for new users. Meanwhile, mobile-tier subscribers will be able to access Hollywood titles through an optional add-on, allowing them to customize their subscription to their liking.
