Important meeting of RJD’s national executive on January 25, Tejashwi may get big responsibility

Patna. An important meeting of the National Executive of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has been called on 25 January in Patna. This meeting will be held in a big hotel in Patna, in which important decisions can be taken regarding the future of the party and organizational changes.

According to RJD sources, in this meeting, consideration may be given to making Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav the national working president of the party. If this decision is taken then Tejashwi Yadav will get the right to take all the major and important decisions of the party.

Lalu Yadav’s age and health became the reason
It is being told that this decision can be taken in view of the increasing age and poor health of party supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, so that the responsibility of the organization can be handed over to the youth leadership.

Preparation for change in organization after election defeat
After the crushing defeat in the assembly elections, questions were raised on the decisions of Tejashwi Yadav and his team. It is in this background that a proposal has come forward to make him the National Working President, so that the organization can be strengthened afresh.

The possibility of Tej Pratap’s comeback will be over.
If Tejashwi Yadav becomes the National Working President, then the speculations about Tej Pratap Yadav’s return to the party may also come to an end.

First meeting after September 2025
This will be the first meeting after the formation of the new National Executive of RJD in September 2025. Lalu Prasad Yadav himself will preside over the meeting.

About 200 leaders will participate
85 permanent members have been called in this meeting. Apart from this, about 200 leaders including specially invited members will join the National Executive. Apart from Bihar, delegates are also likely to come from other states.
