Interim order of the court

On December 11, 2025, while hearing the case, the Delhi High Court had given an interim order in favor of Salman Khan. The court had clarified that using a person’s voice, face or name for commercial gain without their permission is a violation of their ‘personality rights’. According to this order, the Chinese company was immediately prohibited from using Salman’s voice.

The Chinese company’s response and challenge

The Chinese AI company has expressed its displeasure over this ban by the High Court.
