Supporters of Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh and Praveen Singh clashed, kicked, punched and belted fiercely, video of the fight surfaced.

Uttar Pradesh News: There was a clash between two groups after Hanuman Katha in Banda, Uttar Pradesh. There was a violent fight between the two sides late in the night, in which a vehicle was also vandalized. The incident happened in a hotel and was captured in CCTV cameras. A video of the incident is also going viral on social media.

It is being told that one group was a supporter of former BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, while the other group was a supporter of Katha organizer and BJP leader Praveen Singh. However, Live Hindustan does not confirm this. After the incident, people told that Hanuman Katha organizer Praveen Singh had booked rooms in Hotel Royal Orbit for VVIP guests.

Why was there fighting in Banda?

It is alleged that at around 10:30 pm, after the story ended, Praveen Singh’s supporters reached the hotel and saw that some people were already present in the rooms. Praveen Singh’s associates asked the people present there to vacate the rooms and claimed that the rooms were booked for them.

It is alleged that when Praveen Singh’s supporters knocked on the door of the room, the people inside started abusing. This led to a dispute between the two groups and a fight started. After which the clash that started from the hotel premises reached the road.

Heavy kicks, punches and belts

It has been said in many media reports that the people already present in the hotel were supporters of former MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. The fight soon escalated into kicking, belting and slapping. The entire incident was captured in the CCTV cameras of the hotel.

Assistant Superintendent of Police Mavish Tak said that he received information about a fight between two groups of drunken people at Hotel Royal Orbit on Tuesday night. The injured were taken to the hospital for treatment. So far no complaint has been filed by any party.
