Bajaj Chetak C2501 vs TVS Orbiter – Which Electric Scooter Offers More Value
Bajaj Chetak C2501 vs TVS Orbiter – The electric scooter segment in India is no longer limited to just expensive and high-end products. Now companies are offering economical and practical electric scooters for everyday use in common cities. Design and looks
Talking about looks, both scooters are designed with completely different thinking. The Bajaj Chetak C2501 sees the same classic and retro-inspired styling that has become Chetak’s identity. But some small changes to the C2501 make it different from the rest of the Chetak models. Its diamond-shaped headlight and headlight indicators shifted to the cowl give it a fresh touch.
At the same time TVS Orbiter comes with a fully modern approach. Its boxy design looks like a family-oriented scooter, but it does not have boredom. Clean lines and solid presentations make it attractive to young riders as well. Overall, Chetak is a classic from the heart, while Orbiter is modern to the mind.

Features and technology
TVS Orbiter goes a little further in terms of features. Both scooters receive a color LCD instrument cluster, but Orbiter’s rectangular display gives standard features such as calls and SMS alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, and OTA updates.
The display of the Bajaj Chetak C2501 is basic, but clean and easy to read. However, for connected features, Bajaj has to take TecPac, which costs around Rs 3,000.
storage
Orbiter gets 34-liter underseat storage, while the Chetak C2501 has 25-liter space. But in the real world the picture changes a bit. Chetak’s underseat storage is much deeper, allowing it to fit comfortably with a full-face helmet. This is the reason why it seems more practical despite the low letters.
