In such a situation, when there is no alternative to drain the dirty water collected in the drain, the drain will get choked and that dirty water will remain filled on the roads and the dirty water coming from Sulabh toilet will work to spread foul smell in the same drain. This will cause many problems to the pedestrians.
When we talked to the local people, it was found that there was a private contractor of the Municipal Corporation and on his instructions, the drain built over years was filled with soil and filled. The reason for which no one knows. When the zonal officer of the Municipal Corporation was talked to, he had no knowledge of the matter. Now the question arises that if the person who has been made the Chief Officer of the Municipal Corporation does not know, then on whose orders the soil was poured on this drain. However, questions are bound to arise.
