Mother who had triplets after losing three kids dead at 48
Lori Coble, whose miraculous story went viral globally, has passed away at the age of 48.
The late woman was widely known as the mother who had miracle birth of triplets after she lost her three kids in a car crash.
In 2007, Lori’s three kids Kyle Christopher, 5, Emma Lynn, 4, and Katie Gene, 2, passed away in an accident.
However, soon after, the couple was blessed with a set of triplets, who are 16 now.
The family had wide media coverage as masses were left in awe of the miracle.
In June 2025, Lori was diagnosed with an aggressive stage 4 brain cancer.
Her husband Chris at the time said “I was hoping we were done with the life-changing, life-altering disasters where life as you knew it yesterday is gone.”
Lori underwent two surgeries and a long period of recovery during which she became extremely weak.
On January 21, Chris announced on Facebook “Lori passed at 9:25pm this evening”.
She is survived by husband and triplets Jake Christopher, Ashley Lynn, Ellie Gene.
