23 January 2026 : The 10th annual conference of Forum of Behavioral Safety (BESAFE), a forum dedicated to fostering an interdependent safety culture by implementing Behavior Based Safety (BBS) in India, was launched today by Thermax Ltd. Chinchwad took place in Pune.
Organized under the theme “Inspirational Safety Leadership for Zero Harm” and a part of the ‘Bharat Bane Safer’ mission, the event invites health safety environment professionals across India to standardize safety practices, share information and advance zero-injury i.e. zero-harm goals aligned with ISO 45001 standards. With the support of National Safety Council (NSC) India and industry leaders, BESAFE and Thermax Ltd. The conference, jointly organized by BBS, will also include the BBS Awards, which recognize the best of Indian industry.
