Jammu and Kashmir: On Saturday, there was panic in Dalgate area of Srinagar when a massive fire suddenly broke out in a guest house. As soon as the flames were seen, panic spread among the people present nearby and an atmosphere of chaos was created. As soon as information about the incident was received, the fire department was alerted, after which a rescue operation was immediately started to control the fire.

Considering the seriousness of the situation, a water ambulance was also sent to the spot, so that any emergency could be dealt with. Within a short time, several fire engines reached the guest house and efforts to extinguish the fire were intensified. Administration teams are also monitoring the situation to assess the cause of the fire and the damage caused.
