Why Was Neo Arrested?
On January 22, 2026, Neo was arrested in Helena, Montana after a warrant was issued for his failure to appear as a witness before a grand jury in Los Angeles. The warrant was reportedly connected to an ongoing homicide investigation.
According to online jail records, he was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center and held without bond before being transferred to Los Angeles custody.

Connection to D4vd and the Murder Investigation
Neo’s arrest comes amid an active investigation into the death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose body was found in September 2025 inside the front trunk (often called the “frunk”) of a Tesla registered to D4vd. Law enforcement sources have identified D4vd as a suspect in the case, though he has not yet been formally charged.
A grand jury is convened in Los Angeles as part of the probe, and it’s believed multiple witnesses are being called to testify. Neo was apparently summoned but did not show up, which triggered the warrant leading to his arrest.
