Kamal R Khan alias KRK was detained on January 18 for firing four rounds at a residential building in Andheri, Oshiwara, Mumbai. After police interrogation, he has been arrested and will be presented in the court today on Saturday.

    Police have also confiscated KRK’s gun. According to reports, the firing incident took place on January 18 in a building located in Oshiwara area. Bullets were fired at a residential building. Police had recovered two bullets from Nalanda Society. One bullet was recovered from the second floor and the other bullet from the fourth floor of the building. One of these houses belongs to a writer-director and the other house belongs to a model. There was a sensation due to the firing at the house of a director and a model in Oshiwara area. However, there is no news of anyone being injured in this firing.

    Investigation of weapon documents continues
    The suspected weapon of KRK has been confiscated by Oshiwara Police. The documents related to this are being investigated. According to Oshiwara Police, KRK was brought to Oshiwara Police Station late on Friday evening, where he was interrogated. Along with the 18-member team of Oshiwara Police Station, several teams of the Crime Branch were also involved in the investigation of the case. In the initial investigation, no concrete clue was found from the CCTV footage. After this, with the help of the forensic team, the police came to the conclusion that the bullets might have been fired from the direction of Kamal R Khan’s bungalow.

    KRK clarified during police interrogation regarding the firing that his intention was not to hurt anyone. He said that there is a big mangrove forest in front of his house. After cleaning the gun, he fired it to check it. He thought that the bullet would get lost somewhere in the mangrove forest, but when he fired, the wind was blowing, due to which the bullet hit a building in Oshiwara. KRK has worked in the film ‘Deshdrohi’. He has also worked as a producer. These days he remains in the headlines because of his controversial posts on social media. Especially in their posts they target Bollywood stars and films.
